- 20 oz crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 2 packages instant coconut cream pie pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix crushed pineapple with pudding mix and sour cream until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Add marshmallows and pecans.
- Chill before serving.
