- 200 g Oreo cookies, crushed
- 80 g melted butter
- 400 g cream cheese, softened
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 crushed Oreo cookies
- Ganache:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 120 ml heavy cream
- Whipped cream and Oreo crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line muffin tray.
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into bases.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one by one, then cream and vanilla.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Fill molds ¾ full and bake 18–22 minutes.
- Cool, then refrigerate 2+ hours.
- Make ganache by pouring hot cream over chocolate and mixing until smooth.
- Top cheesecakes with ganache, whipped cream, and Oreos.
Notes
- Chill overnight for best texture.
- Use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
- Do not overbake; centers should slightly jiggle.
