Ingredients

  • 200 g Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 400 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 crushed Oreo cookies
  • Ganache:
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • Whipped cream and Oreo crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line muffin tray.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into bases.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one by one, then cream and vanilla.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  6. Fill molds ¾ full and bake 18–22 minutes.
  7. Cool, then refrigerate 2+ hours.
  8. Make ganache by pouring hot cream over chocolate and mixing until smooth.
  9. Top cheesecakes with ganache, whipped cream, and Oreos.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best texture.
  • Use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
  • Do not overbake; centers should slightly jiggle.
