- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- ½ cup milk or yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries (floured)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp lemon juice (glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and dry ingredients alternately with milk.
- Fold in floured blueberries.
- Bake 50–60 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Mix glaze and drizzle on top.
Notes
- Coat blueberries in flour to prevent sinking.
- Cool fully before glazing.
- Use yogurt for extra moist texture.
