Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (floured)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp lemon juice (glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs.
  4. Add lemon juice, zest, and dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  5. Fold in floured blueberries.
  6. Bake 50–60 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Mix glaze and drizzle on top.

Notes

  • Coat blueberries in flour to prevent sinking.
  • Cool fully before glazing.
  • Use yogurt for extra moist texture.
