- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 12 oz chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grind graham crackers into crumbs.
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, crumbs, vanilla, and salt.
- Melt chocolate until smooth.
- Add a layer of chocolate to muffin liners.
- Add peanut butter filling and top with more chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Store in fridge for best texture.
- Can use almond or sunflower butter instead.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
