  • 12 tbsp lemon juice (glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut puff pastry into portions and score borders.
  3. Mix blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Fill pastry centers with mixture.
  5. Brush edges with egg wash.
  6. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool and drizzle with lemon glaze.
