- 1½ cups blueberries

- 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (egg wash)

- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut puff pastry into portions and score borders.
- Mix blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and zest.
- Fill pastry centers with mixture.
- Brush edges with egg wash.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool and drizzle with lemon glaze.
