  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Sliced bananas & crushed wafers for topping
  • Optional: banana pudding mix layer

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed wafers with butter and press into pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in cream, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
  6. Pour over crust and bake 55–65 minutes.
  7. Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream, bananas, and wafers before serving.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
  • Use ripe bananas for stronger taste.
  • Do not overbake; center should slightly jiggle.
