- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Sliced bananas & crushed wafers for topping
- Optional: banana pudding mix layer
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed wafers with butter and press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in cream, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
- Pour over crust and bake 55–65 minutes.
- Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream, bananas, and wafers before serving.
Notes
- Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
- Use ripe bananas for stronger taste.
- Do not overbake; center should slightly jiggle.
