- ½ cup mashed banana
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup protein powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash banana and mix with sugar, egg, nut butter, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 11–13 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Cookies firm up as they cool.
- Use gluten-free oat flour if needed.
- Add flaky salt for extra flavor.
