Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare muffin pan.
  2. Mash banana, then whisk in egg, peanut butter, honey, milk, vanilla.
  3. Stir in oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Divide into 6 cups and bake 20–25 minutes.
  6. Cool before storing.
