- 1 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
- In a bowl, combine almonds, salt, cayenne, honey, and olive oil.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes until honey is caramelized and almonds are aromatic.
