- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper or a baking mat.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into a ball, place on cookie sheet, and flatten slightly with a spoon or cup.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake—cookies will continue to set as they cool.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
