- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- Cool homemade donuts completely or slightly warm store-bought donuts.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Add heavy cream/milk one tablespoon at a time until glaze is thick but pourable.
- Slice strawberries and pat dry.
- Dip or spoon glaze over donuts, then arrange strawberries on top.
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar for crunch.
- Chill 10–15 minutes to set glaze or serve immediately.
