Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/4 cups (163g) all-purpose flour (measured accurately)
- 1/2 cup (57g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup (168g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup (112g) packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (104g) sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers
- 1/3 cup (56g) chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (56g) peanut butter chips
- 1/3 cup caramel bits or chopped caramels
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined; do not over mix.
- Stir in Snickers, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and caramel bits.
- Roll dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on lined baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes; centers may look undercooked but will firm up as cookies cool.
- Cool 5-7 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container; best within 3-4 days.
Notes
- Snickers – You’ll need about 9 mini bars or 1-2 full-sized bars. Chop them small.
- Caramel – Use caramel bits or soft caramels chopped up. Avoid strong butterscotch chips as they can overpower the cookie flavors.
