This simple strawberry yogurt bark is a quick and healthy snack or dessert that’s easy to prepare and perfect for meal prep. It combines non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla, honey, and fresh strawberries to create a delicious, refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 100 g Strawberries, sliced (about 1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, vanilla, and honey in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Line a 6×9″ baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly about ¼” thick.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries on top and press lightly into yogurt.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer and chop into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store in freezer in portioned zip lock bags.

Notes

  • Store in zip lock bags in the freezer, portioned for meal prep. Enjoy with extra honey or strawberries. Glass containers work well for storage. Great for counting macros and a waistline-friendly treat.
