- 8 oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 100 g Strawberries, sliced (about 1 cup)
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, vanilla, and honey in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
- Line a 6×9″ baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly about ¼” thick.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top and press lightly into yogurt.
- Freeze for 4 hours until firm.
- Remove from freezer and chop into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store in freezer in portioned zip lock bags.
Notes
- Store in zip lock bags in the freezer, portioned for meal prep. Enjoy with extra honey or strawberries. Glass containers work well for storage. Great for counting macros and a waistline-friendly treat.
