- 1 12–14 oz package smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 6 oz white cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, optional
- Skewers or toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Slice smoked sausage into ½-inch rounds and place in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Sprinkle with thyme if using.
- Arrange sausage slices on the sheet pan. Top each with a cube of white cheddar cheese and a small dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of sausage are slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and cool 2–3 minutes. Serve with skewers or toothpicks.
Notes
- These bites can be served warm or at room temperature.
