Ingredients
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 tsp mint extract
16 drops green food coloring
1 graham cracker crust
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth.
2. Fold in the whipped topping, mint extract, and food coloring.
3. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Slice and serve with whipped topping and a cherry if desired.
Notes
Use peppermint, almond, or coconut extract for flavor variations.
Substitute pistachio or chocolate pudding for a twist.
