Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel-flavored coffee creamer
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (for caramel sauce)
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a Bundt pan with greasing.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with creamer, vanilla essence, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare salted caramel sauce by melting sugar and water in a saucepan; add cream, butter, and salt once golden brown.
- Allow cake to cool before drizzling warm caramel over the top.
