Raspberry Chocolate Lasagna is a decadent layered dessert with a crunchy Oreo crust, rich chocolate pudding, tangy raspberry cheesecake, and creamy topping.

Ingredients

  • 20–25 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk for pudding + 2 tbsp for raspberry layer
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip for chocolate layer
  • 1 cup Cool Whip for raspberry layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies, mix with melted butter, press into 8×8 dish, freeze 10 min.
  2. Prepare pudding with half milk, fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip, spread over crust, freeze 10–15 min.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, 2 tbsp milk, vanilla, fold in raspberries and 1 cup Cool Whip, spread over chocolate layer.
  4. Top with remaining Cool Whip and decorate as desired.
  5. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Use organic ingredients for better flavor.
  • Make a day ahead for best results.
