- 20–25 Oreo cookies
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup milk for pudding + 2 tbsp for raspberry layer
- 1/2 cup Cool Whip for chocolate layer
- 1 cup Cool Whip for raspberry layer
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies, mix with melted butter, press into 8×8 dish, freeze 10 min.
- Prepare pudding with half milk, fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip, spread over crust, freeze 10–15 min.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, 2 tbsp milk, vanilla, fold in raspberries and 1 cup Cool Whip, spread over chocolate layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and decorate as desired.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use organic ingredients for better flavor.
- Make a day ahead for best results.
- Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
