- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Sugar, granulated
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs, large
- 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Sprinkles, optional
- ¼ cup Chocolate chips, optional
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend into butter mixture.
- Stir in sprinkles and chocolate chips if using. Add milk for soft consistency.
- Shape dough into small balls and place on parchment-lined tray suitable for pressure cooker.
- Set up pressure cooker with trivet and water, place tray inside, secure lid, and cook on high pressure 12 minutes. Let pressure release naturally 5 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove cookies, let cool, and enjoy.
