  • ½ cup Sprinkles, optional
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend into butter mixture.
  4. Stir in sprinkles and chocolate chips if using. Add milk for soft consistency.
  5. Shape dough into small balls and place on parchment-lined tray suitable for pressure cooker.
  6. Set up pressure cooker with trivet and water, place tray inside, secure lid, and cook on high pressure 12 minutes. Let pressure release naturally 5 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
  7. Carefully remove cookies, let cool, and enjoy.
