Instructions
- Combine instant pistachio pudding mix and undrained crushed pineapple in a large bowl; stir until blended.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows, chopped pistachios, whipped topping, and sour cream until evenly mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Transfer to a serving dish or individual cups for presentation.
Notes
