- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place the dates, pecans, sea salt, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Blend until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- If the dough isn’t sticking together, add 1 teaspoon of warm water and process again until rollable.
- Roll the dough into 12 bite-sized balls and place them on a plate or tray.
Notes
- Ensure you use soft, moist dates for the best texture. If dry, soak in hot water for 15 minutes and drain.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
