- 1 can Biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained if using canned)
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Vegetable or canola oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep skillet to 350°F. Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly.
- Fry the dough in batches for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer, then stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook until thickened, about 3–4 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Gently mix peach mixture into cream cheese. Transfer to a piping bag.
- Cut a hole in each donut and pipe in filling.
- Serve warm for gooey filling or at room temperature. Optionally, roll in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for smooth filling.
- Canned or frozen peaches can be used if fresh are unavailable.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
