Delicious donuts filled with creamy cheesecake and peach cobbler, perfect for brunch or dessert.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained if using canned)
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Vegetable or canola oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep skillet to 350°F. Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly.
  2. Fry the dough in batches for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer, then stir in cornstarch slurry. Cook until thickened, about 3–4 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  5. Gently mix peach mixture into cream cheese. Transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Cut a hole in each donut and pipe in filling.
  7. Serve warm for gooey filling or at room temperature. Optionally, roll in cinnamon sugar.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for smooth filling.
  • Canned or frozen peaches can be used if fresh are unavailable.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
