- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 20 ounces mini marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 24 Oreo Cookies, chopped
- Non-stick cooking spray for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch glass pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Melt butter and marshmallows together over low heat, stirring until fully melted.
- Turn off heat; stir in Rice Krispies and chopped Oreos.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan; press down with lightly greased hands.
- Let harden at room temperature for 1 hour before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Bars will harden over time; do not refrigerate.
