- For the Base:
- 4 tablespoons butter (salted recommended)
- 8 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- For the Cookies:
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- For the Finish:
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and lightly grease a 9-inch square pan.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly.
- Add mini marshmallows and salt, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour the marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispies and crushed Oreos in a large bowl.
- Gently fold until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down evenly using a spatula.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Slice into squares and serve.

- Customize with chocolate chips, white chocolate drizzle, or extra cookie pieces.
