Ingredients
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed or 3 cups homemade whipped cream
Chopped peanuts or peanut butter cups, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the graham cracker crust and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Add powdered sugar and beat until fully combined.
4. Fold in Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream gently until no streaks remain.
5. Spread the filling into the chilled crust evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
7. Garnish with chopped peanuts or peanut butter cups before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, freeze tightly wrapped for up to 2 months.
