- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener of choice
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract with a sturdy spoon.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
- Scoop golf-sized balls of dough and flatten on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then store in an airtight container. Enjoy as a snack or breakfast!
