Ingredients

Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup white sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

Filling:

1 (8 oz) package full-fat cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 can cherry pie filling


Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.

2. Press the crust mixture into an 11” x 7” pan or pie dish.

3. Chill the crust for at least 1 hour or bake at 350°F for 8 minutes and cool.

4. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
