A rich and creamy no bake cherry cheesecake dessert with a graham cracker crust and sweet cherry topping perfect for any season and made in just minutes.
Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Filling:
1 (8 oz) package full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
2. Press the crust mixture into an 11” x 7” pan or pie dish.
3. Chill the crust for at least 1 hour or bake at 350°F for 8 minutes and cool.
4. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
5. In another bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
6. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
7. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
8. Top with cherry pie filling.
9. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
