- 340 grams white chocolate chips
- Zest of 4 key limes, divided
- 120 grams Golden Grahams cereal
- 60 grams mini pretzels
- 80 grams mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 25-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in three-quarters of the key lime zest.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine Golden Grahams cereal, mini pretzels, and mini marshmallows.
- Pour the infused white chocolate over the mixture and fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Spritz with juice from the zested limes.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until fully set.
- Break into bite-sized clusters and garnish with remaining key lime zest before serving.

- For stronger lime flavor, add more key lime juice.
