Instructions

- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until blended.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in oats and raisins.
- Portion dough with a cookie scoop onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 12-14 minutes until edges are slightly golden. Cool 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
