These Snickers Bars are layered with chocolate, cheesecake filling, caramel, peanuts and more chocolate. It’s sheer perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 7.5 oz marshmallow fluff
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 11 ounces caramels
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 11 x 7 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Layer 1: Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a double boiler; pour into baking dish and freeze 5–10 minutes.
  3. Layer 2: Combine marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, confectioners sugar, and cream cheese; pour over chocolate layer, press peanuts slightly, freeze 5–10 minutes.
  4. Layer 3: Melt caramels with cream in a double boiler; cool slightly, pour over filling, freeze 5–10 minutes.
  5. Layer 4: Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; pour over caramel layer and freeze 5–10 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares and serve with a smile.
