- 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 7.5 oz marshmallow fluff
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1.5 cups confectioners sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- 11 ounces caramels
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Line an 11 x 7 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Layer 1: Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a double boiler; pour into baking dish and freeze 5–10 minutes.
- Layer 2: Combine marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, confectioners sugar, and cream cheese; pour over chocolate layer, press peanuts slightly, freeze 5–10 minutes.
- Layer 3: Melt caramels with cream in a double boiler; cool slightly, pour over filling, freeze 5–10 minutes.
- Layer 4: Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; pour over caramel layer and freeze 5–10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve with a smile.
