Ingredients
1 cup Light & Fit vanilla Greek yogurt (Dannon)
1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 scoop (33g) vanilla casein protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and thick.
3. Spoon evenly into 4 small jars or ramekins.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
5. Before serving, top with fresh fruit, crushed graham crackers, or compote.
Notes
• This recipe is best with casein protein for the proper consistency. Avoid using whey protein as it won’t set the same way.
• Store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
• Sweeten with stevia or a touch of maple syrup if desired.
• Freeze for a firmer, ice cream–like texture.
