Ingredients
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
Optional: chocolate chips, vanilla extract, or mix-ins of choice
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt and maple syrup until smooth.
2. Slowly mix in the protein powder until thick and creamy.
3. Fold in chocolate chips or desired mix-ins.
4. Transfer the batter into a lined or greased baking dish.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–22 minutes, or refrigerate for a no-bake version.
6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
For a firmer texture, bake; for a soft dough, chill instead.
