Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Coat silicone muffin cups with melted chocolate. Freeze 10 minutes to harden.
- Mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until creamy.
- Fill chocolate cups with peanut butter mixture. Top with banana slice and strawberry half.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and extra chocolate chips.
- Freeze at least 2 hours until fully set. Remove from molds, garnish if desired, and serve.
