- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ cup full-fat eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, lightly greased.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter; press into pan and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and flour; mix well.
- Add eggnog, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix on low until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Do not overmix.
- Pour filling over crust, smooth top, tap to remove bubbles.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Lift bars from pan, slice, and dust with nutmeg if desired.
