Instructions
- Place diced strawberries, diced jalapeños, and pectin in a large pot. Smash together until strawberries break down and pectin dissolves.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar.
- Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Once at a steady boil, stir in sugar one cup at a time. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and pour jam into sterilized pint-size jars using a funnel if desired.
- Allow jam to cool completely before sealing with lids.
