- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Extra chocolate chips and mini marshmallows for topping, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into butter mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips evenly.
- Spread half the dough in the prepared pan. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over it, then cover with remaining dough gently.
- Top with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows as desired.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan, then lift out using parchment and let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Optional: Add chopped nuts or use different chocolates for variation.
