- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16.5 oz) package prepared chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 11×7 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Crush Oreo cookies in a large resealable bag with a mallet or blender. Combine crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over Oreo crust.
- Flatten small pieces of cookie dough and layer over cheesecake filling until top is covered.
- Bake 30–40 minutes until set and edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate 2–3 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Some leftover cookie dough can be used to make cookies or eaten as a snack.
- Warm slices are fine to enjoy before refrigeration if desired.
