Oreo Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars – A layer of chocolate chip cookies followed by a cheesecake filling, all on top of a buttery Oreo crust. These are sinfully good!

  • Total Time: 3 hours 50 minutes
  • Yield: 16 bars

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (16.5 oz) package prepared chocolate chip cookie dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 11×7 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a large resealable bag with a mallet or blender. Combine crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over Oreo crust.
  4. Flatten small pieces of cookie dough and layer over cheesecake filling until top is covered.
  5. Bake 30–40 minutes until set and edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate 2–3 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • Some leftover cookie dough can be used to make cookies or eaten as a snack.
  • Warm slices are fine to enjoy before refrigeration if desired.
