Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 1/4 cups raw sliced almonds
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 320°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with sea salt.
  3. Add all nuts and seeds and stir to combine thoroughly.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared loaf pan and bake 55–60 minutes.
  5. Cool completely on a rack before slicing.
  6. Store slices in the freezer between parchment sheets for up to 2 months. Toast before serving.
