- 5 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 1/4 cups raw sliced almonds
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 320°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs with sea salt.
- Add all nuts and seeds and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Transfer mixture to prepared loaf pan and bake 55–60 minutes.
- Cool completely on a rack before slicing.
- Store slices in the freezer between parchment sheets for up to 2 months. Toast before serving.
