Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups traditional rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural honey
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate pieces
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Lightly grease your baking dish or muffin tin with coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Press the mixture into the prepared dish evenly.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for about 60 minutes until set.
- Cut into squares or scoop out individual portions.
