Instructions

- Add peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop portions and shape into small balls or logs. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
