- 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled (homemade or store-bought)
- 1½ cups cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
- Caramel sauce
- Extra brownie crumbs for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold gently into cream cheese mixture.
- Layer crumbled brownies at the bottom of cups, top with cheesecake mousse, and drizzle with ganache and caramel.
- Repeat layers and finish with extra brownie crumbs and drizzles. Optional: whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the fridge 1–4 hours before serving. Optional: freeze 30 minutes for ice cream cake texture.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
