Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Whisk flour and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in lemon zest, juice, and vanilla extract. Fold in flour mixture until combined.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. For glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and zest. Pour over cooled brownies and let set for 30 minutes.
