Ingredients
- Crust: 20 oz double stuffed Golden Oreos, 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
- Filling: 16 oz cream cheese softened, 6.8 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (two 3.4 oz packages), 5 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream divided, 1 cup key lime juice, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, zest of 1 lime
Instructions
- Oreo Crust: Process Oreos to crumbs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with butter, press into bottom of 9×13 pan.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mix, then 1 cup cream on slow speed, then another cup. Add key lime juice, mix until smooth. Reserve 2/3 cup of this mixture.
- Pour remaining mixture over crust, smooth, spread remaining cookie crumbs.
- Whip remaining 3 1/2 cups cream with powdered sugar to medium peaks. Reserve 1/3. Fold remaining whipped cream into reserved 2/3 cup mixture with lime zest. Pour over cookie crumbs, smooth.
- Top with remaining whipped cream, smooth or pipe decoration. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
Notes
- This dessert can also be frozen, cut, and served for a refreshing treat.
- Alternative crusts: Nilla wafer or graham cracker crusts can be doubled to substitute.
