  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half of the dough into the prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the layer.
  9. Top with the remaining dough and spread gently.
  10. Add extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
  11. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Cool before slicing into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Add chopped nuts or use different types of chocolate for variation.
  • Do not overmix the dough to keep the bars soft and chewy.
  • Let cool completely before cutting for clean slices.
