- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the dough into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the layer.
- Top with the remaining dough and spread gently.
- Add extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing into bars and serve.
Notes
- Add chopped nuts or use different types of chocolate for variation.
- Do not overmix the dough to keep the bars soft and chewy.
- Let cool completely before cutting for clean slices.
