Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 1 jar seedless raspberry jam (9–12 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine butter, flour, sugar, and egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups for topping.
- Press remaining mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Crumble reserved mixture on top of the jam and press lightly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
