- 1 3-oz package strawberry Jello mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 2 8-oz tubs Cool Whip, divided
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil, remove from heat, whisk in Jello mix until dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup ice-cold water for 1-2 minutes as Jello thickens slightly.
- Whisk in 12 oz of Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, whisk again, then refrigerate another 30 minutes.
- Pour mixture into prepared crust carefully, discard any extra filling.
- Refrigerate to set for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Pipe remaining Cool Whip on top of each piece and garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Chill thoroughly for best results. Serve with fresh strawberries. Leftovers store well in the fridge.
