  • 1 3-oz package strawberry Jello mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup ice-cold water
  • 2 8-oz tubs Cool Whip, divided
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil, remove from heat, whisk in Jello mix until dissolved.
  2. Stir in 1 cup ice-cold water for 1-2 minutes as Jello thickens slightly.
  3. Whisk in 12 oz of Cool Whip.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, whisk again, then refrigerate another 30 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared crust carefully, discard any extra filling.
  6. Refrigerate to set for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Pipe remaining Cool Whip on top of each piece and garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • Chill thoroughly for best results. Serve with fresh strawberries. Leftovers store well in the fridge.
