Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Beat sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in carrots, pineapple, and walnuts.
  6. Bake 35–40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth.
