Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Divide batter among liners, filling two-thirds full. Bake 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
- Frost cooled cupcakes with colored frosting and decorate with Easter-themed toppings.
