Cool, creamy, and mess-friendly, this berry yogurt bark is summer in frozen form  a refreshing and easy no-bake dessert featuring Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt, full-fat recommended
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and evenly sweetened.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pour yogurt mixture onto parchment and spread into an even ¼-inch layer.
  4. Scatter sliced strawberries and blueberries across the yogurt surface and gently press to freeze in place.
  5. Freeze uncovered for 3–4 hours until fully solid.
  6. Lift parchment and break bark into shards. Serve immediately or store in freezer-safe container up to 2 weeks.
