- 3 cups Greek yogurt, full-fat recommended
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Stir together Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and evenly sweetened.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour yogurt mixture onto parchment and spread into an even ¼-inch layer.
- Scatter sliced strawberries and blueberries across the yogurt surface and gently press to freeze in place.
- Freeze uncovered for 3–4 hours until fully solid.
- Lift parchment and break bark into shards. Serve immediately or store in freezer-safe container up to 2 weeks.
