Description

This cottage cheese chocolate mousse recipe is creamy, chocolatey, and packed with 15g of protein per serving. It’s quick, no-bake, and uses only 4 ingredients for a high-protein dessert you’ll love.

Ingredients

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

2–3 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)

1–2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.

2. Blend on high until completely smooth. If it looks grainy, continue blending.

3. Spoon into ramekins or dessert glasses.

4. Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings as desired.

5. For firmer texture, chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat (4%) cottage cheese for the creamiest result.

Drain any excess liquid before blending for best texture.

To thicken the mousse further or add fiber, stir in 1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds after blending.
