Ingredients
- 180 grams cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 45 grams cocoa powder
- 80 grams granular sweetener
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp coffee powder (optional)
- ⅙ tsp salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, coffee powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 22-30 minutes or until set; check around 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Optional: add nuts or extra chocolate chips for texture.
- Can be stored in the fridge for several days.
